Alive & Free was born out of our own pain, healing, and freedom in Jesus. Now, we’re here to walk with you on your journey to wholeness.

Spencer + Sammi’s Story

Healing Didn’t Just Change Us—It Defined Our Calling

We started Alive & Free in 2019 with a single goal: to help women heal emotionally through coaching and online courses. What began as a small, passionate team has grown into a Spirit-led movement. We’ve walked with nearly 5,000 women—and now, men too—through emotional healing, identity restoration, and deeper connection with God.

We know what it’s like to feel stuck, ashamed, disconnected, and emotionally numb. That’s our story too. We’ve been in the dark places, in cycles of pain and performance, and it was only through Jesus that we found freedom.

Now, we’re helping others experience the same breakthrough—not just for their own healing, but so they can lead others into wholeness too.

I love Sammi and love business, and have gone through an amazing journey of heart healing myself, which empowers me for giving that to others.

I was once in bondage to shame and self-hatred at a level that led me to sexual addiction, bulimia, and intense performance-based love and religion. I have gotten connected to my heart and found the love of God that has radically changed my life.

I would not be married or be a happy father if I had not gone on this journey with God. I now know God as a happy, present Father that wants my best in my good times and in my messes and I want others to know this Jesus that changed my life.

I’m wildly in love with Jesus, my husband, and my son Wilder. If I could do one thing with my life it would be removing the emotional blocks and walls that disconnect people from the father, themselves, and the people they love. I believe that once those blocks/walls from past pain are healed that we can all live in the fullness God created us for. I want to see men and women come alive and thrive in this life. I’m all about childlike wonder, connection, adventure, and learning to live life from the overflow. When I’m not working with our Alive & Free team, creating content, and working with our amazing clients… I’m working out, climbing mountains, snorkeling and surfing, and cooking healthy meals before I chase that days sunset.

Freedom That Goes Deep

Too many Christians feel stuck—disconnected from their emotions, weighed down by shame, or caught in cycles they can’t seem to break. And while the church offers spiritual guidance, it often lacks the tools to walk people through deep emotional healing. That’s where Alive & Free comes in. We exist to help believers experience wholeness in Jesus—not just in spirit, but in heart, mind, and relationships. Our mission is to see people come alive, walk in truth, and lead others into the same freedom they’ve found.
